First We Meet
July 5, 2014While visiting his friend Joaquim in Belgium one summer, Toby met Viviane while watching the Belgian football team play in the world cup. They became friends, but clearly a seed had been planted. This was just the beginning...

Then a year went by...
July 4, 2015We didn't speak for a full year... We were both very busy :)

Her arrival
June 19, 2015Viviane had planned to spend a weekend in London, yet when Jane cancelled her friday arrival, Viviane still went to London. With no place to stay, she asked for a couch to crash on.

First "Date"
June 20, 2015After picking Viviane up at the Eurostar, a soon to be common activity, we both wanted drinks to finish our equaly hard week at work. This evening was when we both realised that we have found something unique in one another.

After some commuting..
2016-2017We would spent most weekends commuting between Paris and London. Until finally V moved over to London.

It happened in Japan
1st April 2018We took our first trip to Japan to see Tam and Vince, who helped me pull this off. As we took some lovely photos amongst the Sakura, I dropped down to one knee and asked her to marry me.
